Becket Chapel window is officially the East of England's best "Window with a View"

Monday 8 August

The Becket Chapel window, with its stunning view of the West Front of Peterborough Cathedral, has been named as the best "Window with a View" in the East of England.

Following a huge public vote, which saw thousands of people choose their favourite images from across the country, the photograph of the Becket Chapel window taken by Matthew Roberts has topped the poll in the East of England. As well as winning the regional title, this also means that the window is now in the running to be crowned "The UK’s best Window with a View".

Voting for the national heats is now open and will close on 31st August, so your support is needed more than ever! Our window will be taking on the winners from 11 other regions across the UK, and we’d love to take away the title in this inaugural year of the competition.

It only takes two minutes to vote online at MyGlazing.com/WWAV. If you could also help us spread the word by encouraging your friends and family to vote for us, we’d be extremely grateful. By voting, you could win a top of the range Fujifilm Instax camera.

Thank you to everyone who voted first time around.
