Summer Recitals 2016

Wednesdays at 1.00pm

City visitors and workers are invited to enjoy free live music at lunchtime in the beautiful surroundings of Peterborough Cathedral on summer Wednesdays.

20th July to 7th September 2016

ENTRY: Free of charge, donations invited. Any donations raised at these performances will pay for 

Each recital will last around 45 minutes.

Music includes Mozart Sonata No 11 in A major K331 (including the popular Rondo alla turca); Beethoven Sonata No.14 in C sharp minor Op.27 no.2 “moonlight”; Brahms Six pieces Op.118.
In the Portico at the West Front. This performance will take place whatever the weather. You may like to bring a deckchair or picnic mat, or an umbrella and travel rug, depending on the forecast.
