In her final year, she was awarded the Dame Felicity Lott Bursary to continue her singing tuition and she now studies privately with mezzo soprano Sally Burgess.

Now working both as a choral singer and soloist, Leilani sings professionally with the choirs at Peterborough Cathedral and Saint Bartholomew the Great, West Smithfield, as well as giving recitals across the East Midlands.
